Late News Paper Submission
To make the conference updated, we call for late news abstracts. You are encouraged to submit your newest results for hot discussions at the conference.

The deadline for late news paper submission is May 23rd, 2016. A decision of acceptance/non-acceptance will be communicated to a corresponding author by June 1st, 2016.
Please upload your abstract via the submission page in the above link.
A complete submission comprises the following two documents:
- A two-page abstract, including a 150-word short abstract (Upload a PDF file);
- An IEEE Copyright and Consent Form (Electronic copyright transfer on the IEEE web site after PDF file submission).
The two-page abstracts will be distributed at the conference in a USB drive.
The official Conference Proceedings will be published and archived in IEEE Xplore. In the submission page, you are requested to choose between the two-page abstract OR the 150-word short abstract for archival purposes.
Abstract Template and Example
The two-page abstract for CSW ISCS/IPRM 2016 should be prepared using the following MS Word templates, which contain detailed abstract preparation and formatting instructions.

Abstracts that do not follow these formatting rules will be automatically rejected. We strongly recommend using IEEE PDF eXpress for preparing the PDF abstract files since PDF files generated by other applications are often rejected by IEEE Xplore due to incompatibility with the IEEE format.

For first-time users of IEEE PDF eXpress:
- Select the "New Users - Click Here" link.
- Enter the Conference ID, your email address, and a password. The Conference ID for CSW2016 is 37955X.
- Submit the paper title and upload your Word abstract file.
- Your abstract will be converted to a PDF file and sent to you shortly via email.
- Download your PDF abstract and submit it via this "Abstract Submission" page.
An online confirmation will be displayed and an email confirmation will be sent verifying successful account setup. Existing users of PDF eXpress will also need to go through the above steps, but should use the same password as for previous conferences. Please verify that your contact information is valid.
CSW2016 Best Student Paper Award
The CSW Best Student Paper Award was established for students who present their work as speakers or poster presenters. The awards are open only to students who are officially registered at a university by the abstract submission deadline. Awardees will be selected by members of the program committee based on abstract content and presentation quality. Please apply upon online abstract submission.
Student award applicants are strongly encouraged to attend the award ceremony in the closing session.
CSW2016 Special Issue
We are planning to publish a special conference issue in Physica Status Solidi (a/b) to highlight the exciting new results presented at this year’s CSW. Please refer to the "Publications" page for more information.
Please note that those who plan to submit a paper to the special issue should avoid duplicate publication with IEEE Xplore. In particular, if you choose to archive the two-page abstract in IEEE Xplore, please be reminded that you will not be able to use the same text or figures for the special issue paper and are requested to add new results.
