If you need a visa to enter Japan, we will provide the following documentations for your application:

• Letter of guarantee
• Letter of invitation
• Schedule of stay

In order to obtain visa support from the conference organizer, you must meet all three requirements below:

1. You are the author/co-author of an accepted paper or a member of the conference committee.
2. You have completed online registration.
3. You have paid the registration fee.

Please note that your request will not be accepted if any of these requirements is not satisfied.
