The CSW seeks sponsorship for the following:
- Badge holders and neck straps: supply of the goods plus JPY 200,000
- Conference bags: supply of the goods
- Coffee break(s): JPY 200,000 per break
- Lunch(es): JPY 200,000 per lunch
- Banquet: JPY 300,000
- Light snacks and beverages during the rump session: JPY 200,000
- Excursion: JPY 200,000
Should your preferred choice be no longer available, we appreciate your consideration of the other sponsorship options.
Sponsors' logos will be prominently displayed at the CSW venue and in the CSW homepage linking to the sponsors' websites. In addition, sponsors are entitled to free printed advertisement in the abstract book and a JPY 100,000 discount for an exhibition booth.
The CSW also welcomes luncheon seminars or users’ meetings hosted by companies or organizations.
