Archive in IEEE Xplore

All the accepted abstracts will be archived in IEEE Xplore. Authors have an option of publishing their two-page full abstract or 150-word short abstract. It is very important that the two-page abstract PDF file follows the IEEE guidelines to be accepted for publication. The abstracts not presented at the conference will not be archived in IEEE Xplore.

Conference Special Issue in Physica Status Solidi (a) and (b)

Following a long row of successful publications from previous meetings since 2005, physica status solidi (a/b) is planning to publish two special issues highlighting the most exciting new results presented at this year's Compound Semiconductor Week (ISCS/IPRM2016). The papers will be divided between pss (a) - applications and materials science and pss (b) - basic solid state physics. In collaboration between the Guest Editors and the Editorial Office we cordially invite you to contribute a peer-reviewed Feature Article (topical review, for invited speakers) or Original Paper manuscript based on or related to your presentation. Note that you are requested to avoid duplication that may arise from the archive in IEEE Xplore (unrefereed conference abstracts). The deadline for the paper submission is July 31 extended to Aug. 14 re-extended to Aug. 31 (final deadline).
